Mallards Season Ticket Holders Get Bobbleheads Legends Series

(Our Sports Central: Moline, IL) - Fans who purchase or renew Quad City Mallards season tickets for the 2004-2005 season will receive a free Second Edition Legends Bobblehead Series. Sets will contain three Limited Edition Bobbleheads packaged in a custom designed box, valued at over $100. Only a limited number will be made available to the general public.

Like last year, fans will contribute their input as to who the three featured individuals will be. Votes for their favorite former Mallard may be cast by emailing bobbleheads@qcmallards.com, or faxed to the attention of Mo Mallard at (309) 764-7858. Voting ends at 5 p.m. March 12, 2004.

Season ticket holders are beginning the process of renewing their seats for next season. For every season ticket renewed or purchased with a $50 deposit, each customer will receive one complete Legends set when the account is paid in full. Sets are subject to availability, so place your orders promptly. 

Season ticket holders who pay for their seats in full by June 21, 2004, will benefit from additional savings, with prices remaining at 1997 levels. There are also two extended payment plans that allow for up to 12 interest free, equal monthly payments charged to a credit card. These monthly payment plans mean season tickets can be purchased for as little as $24.17 per month!


The Mallards continue to be the only professional hockey team to include free tickets to all home playoff games for season ticket holders, in addition to the regular season home games. Other benefits to being a Mallards season ticket holder include:

· First priority to purchase additional playoff tickets

· A seat all your own – guaranteed each game, based upon your choice

· Membership in the Mallards/MARK Arena Club, with priority purchasing status for most events at The MARK

· Private parties and events with the players

· Exclusive post-game skates with the team

· Free membership in the Quacker Backer fan rewards program, earning you points for each home game you attend that you can use to get valuable merchandise and prizes

· First right of refusal on your seats for the 2005-2006 season

· Never-A-Wasted-Ticket Policy – exchange any unused season tickets at The MARK box office for a free $6.50 seat at any regular season home game, subject to availability

· A free subscription to “The Duck Call,” the Mallards’ quarterly newsletter

· Exclusive e-mail subscription for official Mallards news releases and bulletins


Another benefit to being a Mallards season ticket holder is the opportunity to attend the Mallards Annual Wing Sale, held on Saturday, March 6 as the Mallards host their archenemies the Flint Generals. During the game, season ticketholders are invited to the North Wing of The MARK to shop markdown prices on selected Mallards merchandise. All Season Ticket Holders must present a Quacker Backer card for admittance. Special prices will not be available in the Mallards Nest or at any Merchandise Stand.
